This was my first experience with you guys, and I was really happy with your customer-oriented attitude and the time taken to complete the services.

We do not normally write a lot of reviews but in this case we needed to write about what our experience was with Bauer Automotive Services. We were broken down with our Motorhome on Interstate 287. We knew something was not right. We contacted Bauer and spoke with Alicia. She was phenomenal ! She was very professional and calming and made a difficult situation easier. She then sent Chris to our location. Chris was able to get us safely off the highway to a church down the road where he was able to access what the next steps were going to be. After Chris found excessive damage, we needed to get towed to the Bauer shop. Thank You Chris & Joel ! From there the shop ordered the parts that were needed to repair our Motorhome. Mike and his entire team went above & beyond ! Amazing Service, honest, and very professional ! Thank You to the entire Bauer Team for an extraordinary experience in a difficult situation ! Fantastic crew! Took my car to Bauer automotive for a flat repair on a performance tire that I wanted done right, and while not the biggest job in the world, it was all that was needed to see how well run their operation is. There’s something to be said about having a locally-owned family-run business taking care of your vehicle! I even got a ride home and status updates with pictures by text! Keep it up guys! Need more businesses like yours in this world.

Excellent, good treatment and professionalism

Nothing short of exceptional, reliable and professional service. They are super transparent and efficient. Have had the Scoops VW bus correctly repaired under strenuous timeframes and we also have our personal vehicles inspected with Bauer. It is on the pricier side but as they say: If you think a good mechanic is expensive, wait until you meet a bad one.

We had a great experience here with a Jeep repair. They communicated about all repairs and costs and were prompt and efficient. Price was also reasonable.

Very friendly and transparent service. Dont have to fight the usual fights that most people expect at the auto shop - no pressure. Highly highly recommend!
