Brought my Highlander in for state inspection. The boys made the process very easy. Thank you

They graciously looked at my tires and adjusted the air requirements without charge. So professional and courteous.

At first I chose Bauer based on some research and since it was close to where my car broke down. So glad I did. Bauer replaced my transmission while providing professional work and communication via Text and phone updates. Thank you Lily/Henry for turning my car back into a reliable vehicle!

Lily was prompt in responding to my request and confirming the mechanic's availability on the phone. The Bauer team handled my case with professionalism and kindness. They diagnosed my car's situation, recommended the fix solution with fair quote of cost, and delivered the fix in a timely fashion. I was able to get my car back within the same day, and it worked as desired. I'm extremely grateful for the Bauer team's service and assistance. Thank you for delivering a great customer experience!

Absolutely the best mechanics I've ever had. They take good care of my Saab 9-5. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is on point. Lily and Lauren are also wonderful to work with!

Lauren was prompt in her response, the estimate provide was reasonable and the service provided (new wheel and tire for Tesla) was excellent!

I've been taking my cars here for a few years now. Great thorough work on my Audis.
